Weekly Weigh In | Week 3

Hi y'all! Welcome to my third weekly weigh in. I've got weight and I've got last week's weigh in for easy comparison.
This week, I weighed in at: 382.4lbs. So I gained weight. Again. I know I've been stressed and I know I haven't been eating right at all. Gaining every week will hopefully be what it takes to piss me off enough to start changing what I'm doing. I'm going to sit down and see how I can focus my energies to eat better and exercise more.

Last week, I weighed in at: 379.4lbs.

Check back next week to see if I'm successful at losing weight finally!

    This post is so inspiring. I've been having a weight struggle too. I'd love to see some of the things you have been eating or doing to keep shedding the unwanted pounds. I'll surely be following your blog to see your upcoming progress!

  2. Losing weight can be so hard! I'm sure you'll get there in the end, I know it always takes me a while to get the ball rolling. I like to try new exercises or a new way of eating to mix things up a bit, it tends to help! Also reading weight loss and fitness blogs helps my motivation too :)
